Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist durchaus angemessen und die Erinnerung an diese unvergessliche Reise beinhaltet ausschließlich positive Momente. Wir sind mit dem Veranstalter Gebeco sehr zufrieden. Einmal Gebeco ist einmal zu viel für uns. Mit Fahrerguide haben wir uns gut verstanden. So ist die Reise kein totaler Reinfall geworden, hübsche Hotels und problemmachender Fahrerguide wäre schlimmer. Es gibt da noch den Worst-Case. Wir wollen alles schnell vergessen. Dadurch ist ein Umbuchen bei der Fluggesellschaft nicht möglich und man landet im Bereich der Toiletten. Gebeco behauptete, das läge an der Fluggesellschaft, nein es liegt an dem von Gebeco gebuchten Billigzeugs. Also belügen sie auch noch die Kunden, eine absolute Frechheit. Als Vielflieger hatte ich das Problem schon vor Antritt der Reise vermutet, so ist auch geschehen, wir landeten direkt neben dem Klo. Noch ärger hatte es einen etwas korpulenten Herren getroffen, den auch direkt am Klo platziert hatten. Bei diesen Plätzen kann man nicht einmal den Sitz richtig nach hinten klappen, also Vorsicht. Es gab noch mehr Problem auf der Reise, so dass ich Kunden auch im Reisebüro von einer Reise mit Gebeco abrate. Wahrscheinlich können Sie erst übermorgen fliegen. Und ihren Anschlußflug von Bangkok nach Luang Prabang können wir leider gar nicht umbuchen. Nach Rechtshängigkeit des Falles behauptet der Reiseveranstalter, die Reise hätte ohne weiteres auf anderer Flugroute durchgeführt werden können und verschafft sich damit einen formalrechtlichen Vorteil gegenüber den Kunden. So gelingt es ihm, den Kunden zwar illegitim, aber legal kräftig in die Tasche zu greifen. Unter großem Beifall der anwesenden Aktionäre, wurde von einem der beroffenen Kunden ein Antrag auf Nichtentlastung des Vorstands gestellt. Daraufhin sprach der Vorsitzende, Dr. Frenzel, der bis dahin auf die Anschreiben der Kunden überhaupt nicht reagiert hatte, sein Bedauern aus und entschuldigte sich.
